I seem to have low blood sugar . Two nights ago it was 55. Last night it was 84. Right now it s 74. I eat 2000 calories a day because of my workouts. I eat fresh fruits, vegetables, lean protein , and low fat or fat free dairy. I only drink water, skim milk, and almond milk . What is wrong with...

You didn’t mentioned what sugar level you have. It matters in management.
If it is not too high, you can control it by diet control and exercise.
If it is not controlled, then oral hypoglycemic agents are given.
If it is still uncontrolled or very high then insulin injection is given.
