my husbands blood pressure was 169/85 and his heart rate was 107 today. three days ago he passed out twice...he wont listen to me about going to the dr. he is only 25 years old. when he was a baby the doctor said he had an irregular heart beat but has never had any problems. Could this somehow be related?

Hi: welcome to healthcare magic. Your husbands BP and Heart rate is befinitly high and would require prompt medical attention. Irregular heart beat can be related to it. I would strongly suggest to see a doctor, as earlier diagnosis can cure most of these problems. If he is not willing to go to the doctor, i suggest you take a ECG and Echocardiogram of the heart. That can sort out many things.
