Hi welcome to healthcare magic forum,
In my opinion you should get a routine blood examination and an Ultrasound will clear the diagnosis, so get it done and meet a near by GP.
causes of lower abdominal pain (pelvic)
There are many causes like urinary tract infection, dysmenorrhea, endometriosis gynaecological infection, appendicitis and many more.to have a clear idea,we need a detailed history and abdominal examination, followed by investigations if needed.
Ok and take care.
having lower back pain on right side, lower abdominal cramps/pinching, pelvic pressure & some mornings my pj pants are soaked in pelvic area what is this?
Your symptoms are suggestive of an inflammatory process in the pelvis for which you need to get your internalexamination done by a Gynecologist and need minimum of ultrasonography to see the exact problem as few can need urgent intervention .
