Chest pain when coughing
There are a few possibilities. You may have pulled a muscle in your chest or bruised a rib or cartilage. You may have inflamed lungs if you have had a recent chest infection. I suggest you take paracetamol and ibuprofen for the pain. If the pain does not improve after 5 days, see your doctor.

hi past 2 months I'm suffering from chestwall pain I'm 28 years male weight:45 doc told all nor I'm scared about this leads to cancer? please clarify my doubts.
Chest wall pain cannot lead to cancer.
There are different causes, the pain can come from any area in the chest from the skin inwards.
(2)bones, muscles and other soft tissue- these can be inflamed
(3)heart- this would be rare at your age
(4)lungs-infection, trauma, blockage
(5)esophagus- reflux or spasm
It would best to see your doctor to check the cause of your pain
