What should i eat to increase wbc and hemoglobin count in blood its 100,000 and 11 respectively
WBC countincreases when you have an infection or certain blood disorders. The normal value is somewhere around 4,000 to 12,000 cells per decilitre (a really small drop of blood), since you have a count of 100k, i think its TOO HIGH and you need to see a doctor and get it looked into. An HB of 11 can be brought up by eating vegetables and taking iron supplements. Red meat also has alot of iron.
Is it healtly to drink wine before bedtime?
A glass of wine, redwine that is, daily, has been proven to increase good cholesterol (HDL) and is part of the true Mediterranean diet; more than that may actually be bad.
how to decrease my white bloodcell
Hi and thanks for posting.
Please, you would need to identify the cause of this increased hite cellcount before being able to address it. What are the figures? Also, the causes are varied and treatment options differ so much that an empiric suggestion is not possible.
Hope this helps. Wish you well.
