On Vyvanse. Having Zero Energy, Dizzy, Blur Vision, Nauseous And Cramps. Earlier On Adderall. Which Is Better?

Hello
I am prescribed 50mg of vyvanse and have been taking it for 10days. I only saw a positive effect the first day and ever since i cannot get myself to do any tasks, such as pay bills, or play with my kids. I have zero energy and i don't even feel like putting my makeup on, socializing, etc.
The worse part is that i feel dizzy all the time and i cant even talk to someone without feeling like i will fall down
My vision is blurry to the effect i cant even focus my eyes. I feel nauseous all the time and today cramps. I used to take adderall for my add and my doc wanted to try vyvanse

Hello.Drugs that you has taken are psychostimulants.
I think your doctor has given you to take the drugs because you have zero energy. Both drugs are not recommended, are derivatives of amphetamines and can cause some adverse effects you say(blur vision, cramps) and others like increased heart rate and palpitations.Visit your doctor to know because you have zero energy(anemia, depression ...) and receive appropriate treatment.
I wish you good health
