Okay so i have a small bump under my tongue on that thing that hangs down & it hurts very bad. What could it be?
It may be mucous cyst..called ranula.
It is benign cyst containing mucus fluid.
It may be caused by trauma.
It may be subsided by itself, if not in few weeks, consult oral surgeon or dermatologist.
It may be removed under local anaesthesia.
Sclerotherapy with bleomymycine is also helpful.
Laser may also work to relieve the lesion.
I hope you got my answer.
