I have lot of pain in my knee &foot my esr is 120
You would need further investigation as the symptoms and the raised ESR point to the presence of an arthritis and you will benefit from early treatment. Please see an orthopedic at the earliest. Meanwhile do not climb stairs or cycle until the pain subsides. You may apply local analgesic sprays but do not self-medicate otherwise. Hope this helps.
