Try anti-allergics. Take care of bee-sting by applying nail polish remover on it. It should dissolve the toxins from sting. Keep epi-pen at hand. See a doctor.

It could be a bee sting which does leave a needle into the bite site. Do take a dose of Benadryl to avoid allergy to the bee venom.
