I slipped & fell on a rainy day. My head & neck hurts. No bruises at all. When i try to lie down/turn my neck. Theres sharp pains..any idea whats wrong?
You probably have a injury(?whiplash injury) to your cervical spine which causes pain when you turn the neck.It would be prudent to see your GP/PCP to rule out any serious damage which may not be apparent from the outside. You also need to rule out any cerebrovascular injury like a bleed/subdural haematoma which may occur without serious injury to the head.
I have had a sore head feeling weak and tired, also my stomach has been.turning and I feel like im going yo be sick. what could it be?
viral infections as viral are the most common now a days you need hyderotherapy to cover up as the platelet go down in viral giving weakness tireness and stomach
hyderotherapy regains platelets
add analgesic and antipyretic along with antacids to continue till you feel ok
