Fell down stairs and the pain in back and hip is getting worse as the day goes on any advice
Apply Diclofenac gel to get relieved from pain. Also do wear a lumbo sacral belt to restrict the mobility in the hip and avoid worsening of the pain. If the pain is severe it is advisable to get examined and get an Xray if needed.
Hi, i have an achy back normally but fell down some stairs this mirning and am now in an uncomfortable pain in mid back and hip, seems to be getting worse
If you work sitting for long time, the pain you have in the lower back could probably be due to strain in the spine. Do exercise regularly, wear a Lumbo sacral belt and apply Diclofenac gel if the pain is severe.

You probably hurt your hip bone. Please get an x-ray of the pelvis done to rule out any fractures.
