Hello and welcome to HCM,
First the cause of hypothyroidism needs to be found out.
The hypothyroidism is treated with replacement with thyroid hormones.
A regular follow up is required for changes in hormone levels.
The dose of thyroid hormone replacement is carried according to the change in thyroid functions.
Thanks and take care

hypothyroidism people can eat chocolates
Chocolates made of milk from animal husbandry are safe but those made of soya milk can interfere with absorption of Tab levothyroxine, (which you might have been prescribed). Chocolates which contain caffeine can stimulate thyroid even when its not needed and may worsen the hypothyroidism due to unavailability of thyroid when needed by the body.
Though not contraindicated but better lessen.
