Have Sores In Mouth. Have Been Rinsing With Hydrogen Peroxide. Had A Shoulder Surgery Earlier. What S Going On?

I had shoulder surgery 8 days ago. The pain was manageable and I stopped the percoset etc. after 4 days and am only taking advil as needed. However, I have been troubled by sores in my mouth. have been rinsing with hydrogen peroxide, diluted, 2x a times for 3 -4 days, but its still bothering me. Although a bit better, it is not clearing up. For the past 2 days have not been eating/drinking acidic foods, i.e. coffee, citrus, tomatoes.

what's going on? and what can I do about it?

Hello,

Sores in mouth can be arised from-
Vitamin deficiency.
Poor oral hygiene.
Medications taken.
I would suggest you to take plenty of fluids and water.
Include nutritious rich food into your diet.
Replace the medicines causing allergy.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Please do visit a dentist for further treatment if required.
