Greetings of the day
The bit of blood could be initial Spotting of period. I advise you to get Urine pregnancy test done. Let me know the results, so that I get back to you.

Hello , i have blood in my wee and my heart feels really weird what could this be?
Are you sure it is blood in urine or some bleeding from vagina getting mixed with urine. have you recently had beetroot it could also give a pink colored urine. Blood in urine associated with pain could be due to stone or infection in your urinary tract. Get your urine routine examination and USG done to rule out both.
