hi i have pimple marks on my face. can i apply erytop clindamycin gel
Hello, If you have red or painful inflamed pimples, then clindamycin gel could be used since it's an antibiotic gel.For marks, retinoic acid 0.05% gel once at night or alternate days- it dries pimples. Use lots of sunscreen as it increases the sensitivity to sun. DONOT use if you plan to get pregnant or are pregnant. You could also use 5% benoyl peroxide wash or gel in morning for mild forms.
