Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
That all depends on how much low(what is the AFI),and any associated features like intrauterine growth restriction,Gestational hypertension etc.If only mild decrease and no other complications, need not worry.
Just have enough fluids to maintain BP,a healthy diet, and adequate rest.
Wishing everything to be fine.
Dr Muhammed Aslam.
Can I take advil at 37 weeks pregnant?
It is generally not recommended during pregnancy, and you definitely shouldn't take it during the third trimester.
It may pass in the baby's heart to close prematurely, possibly leading to heart or lung damage or even death. IT may also cause lowamnioticfluid. So please avoid it.
