Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Advil (ibuprofen) has a slight impact on increasing BP. You restrict salt which can help to some extent in controlling BP.But you may need some medications in this range of BP. You have to rule out whether having high cholesterol or High blood sugar or a kidney problem doing blood test for serum cholestrol, sugar and serum creatinine. Those when greater than normal gives a high BP.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
