Suggest Treatment For Injured Lip
Dear Doctor, my 2 year old son fell two days ago and his two front teeth perforated his lower lip (inside). The bleeding has stopped however the two holes are now filled with white. Not sure if it is pus. Any advice on how to treat this wound as it is always wet? Thankyou so much in advance!

He has developed traumatic ulcer which have got infected.
I would advise you the following
1. Rinsing the mouth with chlorhexidine mouth wash thrice a day
2. Local application of local anaesthetic like Benzocaine will be helpful
