A 52yr old diabetic complaining of on and off chest pain .ECG tmt echo trop I negative. any chance of heart damage?
I have read your query.
Negative ECG tmt echo trop 1 means chance of heart damage are minimal, but as a diabetic with age is 52 yrs this increases your future susceptibility of heart damage .
So must consult you doctor regarding the dose of anti-diabetic drugs and regarding on and off chest pain.
It may be possible that your cholesterol level may be increased in these days
AFTER MI I AM TAKING ATTACHED MEDICINES SINCE TWO MONTHS NO CHEST PAIN AFTER FOUR DAYS SINCE MEDICATION TMT TEST WAS NEGATIVE BUT FEELING GAS PROBLEM
Hi Mr. Sharma,
Gas problem may be due to either, drugs (particularly aspirin and clopidogrel/Prasugrel); hyperacidity; possible bacterial (H.pylori) infection of the stomach and intestine; or, reduced blood supply to the intestine following MI.
Regular anti-acid drug and a short course of Tinidazole should help.
No list of medicines found attached.
