Hello, Welcome to HCM. Eat small frequent meals. Avoid fatty and fast food. Take dry fruits, peanut butter, avocado, nuts, cheese more. Take healthy fat like olive oil, safflower and sunflower oil. Take protein rich diet like eggs, milk, peas, beans etc. Take Brown rice, pasta, potatoes and whole grains more. Don't eat very late night. Have some walk after food. Have some exercise daily.
