get a pelvic ultrasound
Pelvic pain after sex
Why? How do i fix it
This can be due to a variety of reasons.
The most common one would be some sort of a PID or Pelvic Inflammatory disease & it is best to get evaluated by a gynecologist & perhaps get a scan done.
If the exposure to sex was unprotected & multiple partners etc, an STD to be considered & a venereologist recommended to start antibiotics et al.

I just had a pelvic scan and the result says i have a cystic mass. What does this mean?
A cystic mass in a woman can mean many things. An ovarian cyst is a common cystic mass in pelvis. It is most often harmless.
The doctor who ordered the scan will look at the report. Depending on size etc, his clinical findings and other tests, your doctor will decide how to proceed further.
You should not worry or jump to conclusion.
