Commonest symptom of highbloodpressure is headache. Associated symptoms can be not feeling well , fatigued and a bit disoriented. Also can have giddiness, noise in ears. Better to get bloodpressure measured and further tests as advised by Physician

It depends upon the value of bloodpressure .
Mild bloodpressure e.g. 140 / 85 mm of Hg at the age of 42 , usually don't develop any symptoms.
If Bloodpressure very high 150 /100 mm of Hg may cause dizziness, heaviness in epigastrium, bleeding / nose , palpitation , headache , heaviness behind eyes.
