I am a type 1 diabetic, well controlled. Everytime I fall asleep I wake up nauseous and with a slight headache, also weak. No matter how long I sleep.
please check your blood sugar when you wake up and have such problems, record the results;be careful of what you eat and consult your endocrinologist to change insulin dosage if needed;be physically active, drink more water
You have asked a very short query but the answer will be very large. Headaches are of different types and different causes. Unless you specify I cannot even start answering. I am a Homoeopath and so I cannot cure headache without curing the patient. You can get back to me with details.

Can any one have a sudden low blood sugar attack and sometimes faints without being diabetic or have diabetes. If yes what is the cause and how can we cure it
Low blood sugar in diabetics is mainly due to drugs.
In other persons, it is called hypoglycemia and can happen in cases of:
- insulinoma (tumor of pancreas)
- severe hunger (fasting for too long)
- certain medications
- hyper-reactive hypoglycemia (post-prandial hypoglycemia)
Get checked by endocrinologist!
