BP should be controlled by medicines.
If it is not too high,yoga and other life style modifications will help.
If it is too high,it is better to consult a physician and take appropriate medicine.
Please do not neglect as uncontrolled hypertension may lead to many complications.

120/80 is considered Normal BP. To maintain BP you should exercise regularly, keep fit, keep weight under control, reduce salt intake, eat plenty of colored vegetables, gooseberries etc. These definitely help in reducing BP. But if you have any underlying medical condition such as cholesterol, kidney trouble etc, consult physician and obey him.
