If it is not too high,yoga and other life style modifications will help.
If it is too high,it is better to consult a physician and take appropriate medicine.

To maintain BP you should exercise regularly, keep fit, keep weight under control, reduce salt intake, eat plenty of colored vegetables, gooseberries etc. These definitely help in reducing BP.
