How Many Calorie Needs To Be Maintained To Improve The Weight Slowly ?

Hi:) I ve been maintaining my weight on 1640 cals a day which i feel is plenty for me (increased from before as I was eating under 1,200 and didn t want to carry on this unhealthy way) Over the past week I ve had a few very very naughty days(holidays uh) where I have gained about 3kg.. Now my question is, I basically needed to gain these 3kg but my plan was to do it slowly at my pace... But seeing as I have gained them accidentally by having a few crazy days, do I go back to eating 1640 a day ? Will that make me eventually go back to the weight i was maintaining at 1640cals? Or do I have to increase overall to maintain this new weight? Thank you

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

For you to determine the calories that you need to maintain your present weight, you would need to use an online calorie calculator or provide your present weight and height.

These calculators would use your present weight and height to determine how much calories you need per day to maintain your weight.
Examples are:freediet.com, mayoclinic calorie calculator, exrx.net

I hope this helps
