Take milk, tea or soups only.
Avoid very heavy lunch.
Take very small frequent meals.
Don’t sleep after lunch or dinner and do some walk.
Do heavy exercise like swimming or cycling.
Do yoga and meditation.
Take fresh fruits, juices more.
Take protein rich diet.

Target weight loss per month should not be more than 2 kilos. Curtail rice, oily and baked food and sweets. Regular daily exercise should be incorporated and continued; if you can, cardio exercises are good. Take plenty of water. Avoid crash diets as they cause rebound weight gain once they are stopped. Take more of fresh fruits and vegetables. Take small frequent meals. Hope this helps.
