how can i flush meth out of my system.. i had 1 and a half points of a gram ,last toke around 9am this morning. the test is 50 from that point... im 5'7 - 71kg.. i train everyday . im thinking of doing a boxing session tonight, tommorow morning and night, and then the morning of the test... 5 hours before the test... i know water can help .. ive had close to around 2 litres since then.... plz help.. im at rock bottom as this may cause me to lose my job.. plz help
