Stress tests are done usually to rule out cardiac diseases associated.
Echocardiogram,treadmill test,Graded exercise test or stress ECG,NUCLEAR TESTS are the usually performed tests to monitor cardiac rhythm.
Nuclear tests are usually done to detect which part of heart functions normally and which are not,area of heart with decreased blood supply etc.
Best methods to reduce stress are regular aerobic exercises,drinking plenty of water,consuming fresh fruits and green vegetables,moderating alcohol,quitting smoking and drugs,taking proper sleeper,doing yoga,meditation and deep breathing exercises.
