Dialysis is started only when the kidney is not able to function properly.
Dialysis cannot be stopped once it is started.
The next step after dialysis is renal transplantation.
Thanks and take care

Why does one need eprex while on dialysis?
Eprex contains erythropoetin.
It is a hormone secreted by normally functioning kidneys, and it in turn, functions to stimulate the bone marrow to produce red blood cells.
in people undergoing dialysis, the kidneys are not functioning normally, and do not secrete erythropoetin.
Hence these patients suffer from chronic anemia and its complications.
That is why Eprex is supplemented.
my mom stomach get bloated like football she was dialysis patient
HI. The intestinal movements and integrity get changed due to chronic renal failure leading to the dilation of the intestines and hence the bloating.
An X-ray of abdomen in a standing position and ultrasonography may rule out intestinal obstruction.
Patient should be kept nill orally, pass a naso-gastric tube to aspirate the stomach contents to reduce the bloating
