Hello and welcome to HCM,
Dialysis is started only when the kidney is not able to function properly.
Dialysis cannot be stopped once it is started.
The next step after dialysis is renal transplantation.
Thanks and take care

Are you on any BP medicines ? If yes their dosage needs to be adjusted . If you are not on BP medicines then kindly get a 2D-ECHO scan to see your heart function as BP is determined by Heart Function .
Why does one need eprex while on dialysis?
Eprex contains erythropoetin.
It is a hormone secreted by normally functioning kidneys, and it in turn, functions to stimulate the bone marrow to produce red blood cells.
in people undergoing dialysis, the kidneys are not functioning normally, and do not secrete erythropoetin.
Hence these patients suffer from chronic anemia and its complications.
That is why Eprex is supplemented.
