How To Get Rid Of Blisters On Outside Of Vagina?

Yes I found out 5 yrs. ago I have gential herpes they put me on Valtrex, I have a brown spot that came up on the outside of my vigina. It is about the size of a penny. But now it is just crusty. I am feverish every so often. Sex is hard to have because the ones right at the opening are blisters. Is there a way to get rid of them?
