Blood Pressure 130/100. Is it dangerous?
What is to be done for a person having a blood pressure of 130/100? How dangerous is it? If someone has found out recently that his blood pressure has risen to 130/100 in 6months from 130/90 and is increasing per year what needs to be done immediately?

We cannot say it as Hypertension with single reading. He need at least 3 measurements of BP at three different days. Also he must take rest at least 5 minutes before taking BP. He should not consume any coffee or tea before 2 hours.If the three readings show high BP, then he must adapt lifestyle modification like exercise, weight loss, avoiding stress, Healthy diet, reduced fat diet.Tk cr

I have a sever blood pressure , i did cholesterol , diabities , thairoid and ecg and 2d echo test which was normal . But bp is 200/120 what should i do ?
