Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the Harmon imbalance,used to be at this age.
For weight reduction,three things you should consider, one is the diet,avoid taking calories,fats,junk foods,and fries.
Minimize the sleeping time, and try to sleep for 6 hours a day. avoid day time sleep.
Have a morning walk,and practice yoga,and extracurricular like gardening.
