Hi as of this morning everytine i move eyes up down left right there is a hissing noise in what seems like my ears it horrible and scary.
Eye movements are usually not associated with any noise in the ears. It could be more so due to adjoining sinuses. Due to pressure changes there can be hissing sounds in the ears. Try to do a valsalva maneuver( blow air out of ear with nose and mouth closed). Once the eustachian tube is fully open you may not get the hissing sounds again. However persistence of symptoms should be evaluated
