Hip Paining After Slipping On Ice After Undergoing Hip And Knee Replacement. Doctor Examination Required?

I am a snowbird from Chicago. On Dec. 20 the night before we left Chicago I slipped on the ice. I have one hip replaced and one knee replaced. Who is the best orthopedic surgeon in Jacksonville. I want to make sure I haven't done something bad to either joint. Now the second hip is bothering me.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the hip after slipping is likely to be due to a soft tissue injury. If you can bear weight on the affected leg without such pain then there is no need to worry.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
