Hi ,BP is not constant throughout the day . It varies from time to time to meet need of our body. For example BP increase during exercise or while walking and decreases while you are asleep. Fall in BP following urination is also normal . Fluctuating heart rate is also quite normal phenomenon. You need not worry about it . Take care.
