It would have been better if you mentioned the gestational age of the pregnancy. This report is normal in first trimester pregnancy.
How to treat low placenta?
It is not possible to move the position placenta. However, as pregnancy progresses your placenta may naturally move from he low-lying position. You should have regular scans to check the position. Ensure you take adequate rest and go to hospital if you have bleeding.
