It seems to be originating in your cervicaldisc and is referring to your face and eye. Please get investigated for cervicaldisc spondylosis.

If the symptoms persist you should consult your neurologist.
It can be a periferic nerve problem or a little cervicaldisc protrusion.

Why do my hands both at times go numb
You may have the cervicaldisc prolapse or Cervical rib.
Please take an X- Ray neck and CT Neck to rule out this.
