My heart rate is normal 80 bpm all day and 60 bpm when im ready to go to sleep but mu ? Is should i feel my heart pound esp whem im laying down siting down
Thanks for the query.
Heart rate changes with physical activity and is the least during sleep or at complete rest. It is not unusual to come down to 60. But if you feel pounding in the chest and/or get heaviness/compression sensation in chest during exertion, you should consult a doctor/cardiologist to exclude/confirm structural defect of heart.
