The symptoms of tightness of chest, palpitations, dizziness, and fatigue are suggestive of cardiovascular ailment.
A blockage in any of the blood vessel of the heart can decrease the blood flow to the heart muscles as well as rest of the body.
In order to know the status of heart, electrocardiogram is the first line of investigation.
