Hello,
Heart burn in pregnancy happens as a result of the pressure on the stomach by the enlarging uterus, which in turn results in acid reflux into the esophagus, thus causing heart burn. It is not necessary that everyone experiences this. The symptoms are similar to those of gastritis with relief from having cold milk, antacid gels and gastric acid suppressants (H2 receptor blockers). Pain in between the legs is usually due to the pelvic bones getting lax at this stage of pregnancy as a preparation for delivery; the pubic bones get separated and pain is inevitable. Movements hurt and you may be relieved with a painkiller and local applications to some extent. This pain continues for some time after delivery and subsides slowly. Take care.
