You are having Gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Lifestyle modifications include the following:
Losing weight (if overweight)
Avoiding alcohol, chocolate, citrus juice, and tomato-based products.
Avoiding large meals
Waiting 3 hours after a meal before lying down
Elevating the head of the bed 8 inches
Treatment : Esomeprazole 40 mg OD for 6 weeks.
Heartburn. Is there any type of medication advised by

medicine.... proton pump inhibitor is the drug of choice along with syrup (antacid and anaesthetic)
After meals, do not lie down immediately as this may reflux acid from stomach causing heartburn.
please avoid oily and spicy food.

Heartburn is due to acidity problem (gastritis). You have to avoid spicy and junk foods. Tablet pantoprazole 40mg daily before breakfast and syrup antacid after food will help you out.
