How do you make a heart rate monitor think your heart rate is up to around 130-190 without actually getting your heart rate up ? need ideas to cheat the system.

inflict pain on yourself... no joke! it raises your heart rate. that is how al capone beat the lie detectors. he placed a thumb tack in his shoe and pressed down with his toe, so the heart rate was always high. i am not saying to use a thumb tack on yourself, but something not too noticeable that causes mild pain should work!
