So last night and tonight, actually started close to the same time I started having a slight almost tightness feeling, in the left side of my chest pretty much where the bottom rib is around that area. So it doesn t really hurt but I feel something there, it hasn t been there during the day yesterday or today, and it went away a little before I went to be last night. I didn t do anything strenuous or to get my heart rate up before either time. I have no other symptoms of a heart attack I looked them up, and I keep burping after it happens, and then as soon as I burp it feels like heart burn for a sec and then goes away what is this ?
