i get minor headaches on all sides of the head that come and go. when i walked up my stairs i got a 3 sec pounding headache. im not wearing my glasses.

I am concerned that your blood pressure maybe elevated. The fact that you get these headaches when you exert yourself indicates that there is a possible elevation of your blood pressure. I would recommend that you have your blood pressure value weighted and visit with your primary care doctor to discuss this.
i was sitting down for an hour watching TV then when i got up i had a pounding headache for 2 min. i was wearing my glasses for an hour though?

Could be postural hypotension... Check your BP lying and standing...
