Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is theoretically possible - and could be from arrhythmia.
But it is very uncommon.
If in doubt, go for 24-hour ambulatory monitoring (Holter).

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
