My seven year old complains of his stomach hurting all the time as he falls to the floor. There were a few days a few weeks ago that he would throw up one time during the night but act totally fine during the day. We kept him home from school a few days then the next week he did the same and had to keep him home from school again. Ever since he has complained of his stomach hurting. What do you think could be causing this?
