Are you suffering from chronic mental stress/anxiety and Panic attacks? If YES, then these are symptoms of your anxiety. A course of anti-depressant + anti-anxiety drugs will relieve you of all problems.
But, if you have no mental stress, your symptoms may be due to a significant neurological condition or low calcium levels in the blood. You therefore, need to consult a Neurologist, who will get relevant investigations done and establish the cause after seeing the reports.
