Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You have ahead cold, since October, means it must be the sinusitis, with, allergy, viral infection, and may be bacterial infection.
It needs to be treated with the antibiotic, decongestants, etc. you may need to have the irrigation of the maxillary sinus as well. So i advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine , citrizine, etc.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
