What Are The Reappearing Red Hard Bumps On My Face?

I have these red hard bumps that appear on my face in between my eyebrow area, out of nowhere. It's so weird because they go away within 4-5 days . However I get them again within a few weeks. I tried to pop one of them, however couldnt find the head. They feel like little tumors below the skin. I'm wondering what they are ? I started getting them this summer and thought they were bug bites at first, but they kept reappearing.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern this could be urticarial lesion, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine
1) Tab Diphenhydramine three times in day
2) Diphenhydramine lotion for application
if the lesion does not responds to this treatment then this has to be examined clinically, hope this information helps, have nice day.
