Tight knot in forearm 2 weeks after blood draw. Vein looks puffy at draw site at (above forearm) and at wrist and palm. Suggestions on cause and treatment?
You need to be worried about the problem. It is simple condition known as "phlebitis" which is common after blood withdrawal from vein. It is due to injury by the tip of needle to the vein from inside. You need not to take any treatment of the same and will be alright in next 10-14 days. DO not massage or rub the area. You can take pain killers if there is any pain.

red round mark on my arm first day it plook lite black colour second day colour changed red colour , no pain and itching , what is the reason mark come ?
Th mark you have could be a bruise, this could be due to leakage of blood into the superficial layers of the skin. Do get evaluated for the same.
I have a bruise and it is from having blood drawing 4 days ago ...is that normal?
It is ok to form a bruise from the puncture site. this will disappear within 2 or 3 days. If it does not you may have to take antibiotics to prevent thrombophlebitis.
