my girlfriend has had swollen breasts and tenderness she also poops alot and i find her awake sometimes in the middle of the night snacking which she never used to do she also said when she wiped after using the bathroom a little while ago there was a little bleeding is she ppregnant or can other things cause these symptoms also she will often wake up after an 8 hour rest and complain she is tired
